this band is kind forming a sound of it's own after a bunch of semi-regular performances. i'm hoping to have more opportunities to provide the right compositional material to frame our improvisations, as this is a great pool of improvising talent to draw from.

i especially love the symmetry of double saxophone and double drum sets, it puts us in a unique space orchestration-wise, and it highlights the individuality of each player's voice.
